Hey y'all! I'm so happy you're here. Here's a few things about my shop to keep in mind.
- The Custom Cactus is a Ready to Ship shop. I have monthly "drops" that I'll showcase on social media leading up to the day.
- TCC also offers SVG's. All SVG's are in the Digital Download Section and are sent via email after purchase.
- Please be sure to read each listing and contact me with any questions before purchasing.
Turn Around Time?
All Ready to Ship items will ship in 1-2 weeks after purchase. Although all tumblers, glassware and clothing are RTS, some items need a final coat or drying time.
Please note that digital downloads may be used to create items for resell but the file itself shall not be sold to others.
Care of Product?
Please follow all care instructions.
- Hand wash only
- Not microwave safe
- Not dishwasher safe
- Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps
- Don’t drop
These sparkly cactus buds are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instruction aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage.
Do You Take Custom Orders?
No, we do not take custom orders.
What Brand of Tumbler Do You Use?
TCC uses Craft Haven Tumbler for all stainless steel and sublimation tumblers.
I'm Local. Can I Pick Up My Order to Save on Shipping?
TCC offers Local pickups for the customers in my community. I am located in Forest, VA and an exact address will be sent via email when your items are ready for pickup. Please be advised, when choosing LOCAL PICKUP your orders are set outside in a waterproof container. I am not responsible for maintaining your items once they are in the pick up box. Damage and/or theft will not be covered by The Custom Cactus. Please pick up your items promptly.
Lost/Damaged Packages & Shipping Insurance?
Please note that The Custom Cactus is not responsible for lost or damage packages once delivered to USPS. Be aware that you may open a case with USPS for any delivery issues, however make note that First Class shipping does not come with any type of shipping insurance coverage. You may select First Class or Priority for smaller packages under 1 lb, but we highly recommend selecting Priority shipping to have the shipping insurance in case of loss or damage.
Can I Make a Change to My Order?
Changes such as shipping address, customization or cancelling cannot be made. Unfortunately I cannot make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.
No REFUNDS accepted.
The minimum purchase requirement to utilize Sezzle is $55.00.
