-Care instructions are included with each tumbler/cup.
-Because all orders are custom, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
-Did you check the processing time? Ready to Ship Tumblers typically need one more layer of resin. This is Incase you would like to customize it. ⭐️These tumblers will ship in 1-2 weeks⭐️
-If an order needs to be cancelled it must be done the same day the order was made.
-Customizations of decals or tumbler colors cannot be changed after purchase.
-PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!! I can no longer change them after your order is placed. This causes confusion due to Etsy policies and shipping overages that I have to pay for.
-Glitter can be crazy and sometimes specks end up where they don’t belong.
-I cannot guarantee the longevity of the stainless steel tumbler… but I can guarantee that it’s checked over before customization and that I make it beautiful!
